Sourced from the lush highlands of Veracruz, Mexico, this coffee is cultivated at elevations of 1,130–1,250 meters above sea level at Finca La Laja, where altitude and climate combine to enhance complexity and sweetness.

Processed using a honey method, it reveals elegant notes of golden honey, caramel, and ripe stone fruit, supported by a bright yet refined acidity and a silky medium body. The cup is expressive, smooth, and layered—offering a sophisticated profile that highlights the distinctive character of Veracruz.
