Sourced from the highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico, this coffee is produced by CEPCO (Coordinadora Estatal de Productores de Café de Oaxaca), an organization widely recognized for its commitment to quality and sustainable practices.

Grown at elevations between 1,200 and 1,500 meters above sea level and processed using a washed method, this lot features classic Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Typica varieties, resulting in a clean, refined cup.

In the cup, expect soft notes of milk chocolate, toasted nuts, and panela, complemented by a bright, well-balanced acidity and a medium body. The profile is elegant, sweet, and approachable—making it versatile across brewing methods.
